These terms apply to your use of autoflowbuild.com and to the AI automation and consulting services provided by Autoflowbuild LLC (“Autoflowbuild”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or working with us, you agree to them. Where we sign a proposal or agreement with you, that document governs the engagement.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services, contact us and book calls. Please do not misuse it, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change or remove parts of the site at any time.

Our services

We design, build and maintain business automations and AI-assisted workflows. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Fees are quoted in US dollars and invoiced as set out in your proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the access and information we need to do the work, to make sure you are allowed to share any data involved, and to review automations before relying on them in your business.

Intellectual property

Once paid for, the deliverables we create for you are yours. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how, and you may continue to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party software and AI platforms remain subject to their own licences.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only for your project. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party and AI services

Our solutions rely on third-party platforms and AI models that we do not control. They may change, be interrupted or produce inaccurate output. We build reasonable safeguards and fix defects in our work, but we are not responsible for those providers. AI-generated content should be reviewed by a person before it is relied on for important decisions.

Warranties and liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the site and services are provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee any particular business result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it.

Ending an engagement

Either side may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over the deliverables that have been paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We will always try to resolve any disagreement by discussion first.
