Brand Operator, a social media marketing agency, wanted a centralized AI setup on their own machine: one environment where their AI can read live business data and help with ad copy, sales scripts, funnel design and client onboarding in GoHighLevel. The owner is a marketer, not a developer, so it had to be built with him, not for him.

What we built

Over a live Zoom screen-share, with remote access to the machine, we installed and configured Cursor and Claude Code, connected them through MCP to the agency’s stack (BigQuery, Looker Studio, GoHighLevel and Google Drive), and structured a business-skills folder of plain-text instructions the AI reads before every task. Each step was explained as it was built, so the team can extend the setup themselves.
